3. Make sure that your apartment complex does not require general liability insurance.

If this is the case, then you need to make sure that the moving company you hire does have the necessary insurance. When the moving company you hire does not fulfill the apartment complex’s requirements, you may find yourself without movers since the apartment manager will not let the movers come onto the property.
